									<p>K系列传感器主要由连接法兰、测量管、驱动系统及采样系统等部分构成(见图示)。<br />BPM型变送器是由DSP、ARM为核心的智能测量控制系统组成，以实现对质量流量、密度及温度的精确测量。</p>								</div>

									<p>1) K系列基于科里奥利原理，利用安装在测量管上的磁铁和线圈组件，在交变电流的作用下，使测量管以某个固定的频率作往复周期振动。当工业过程流体介质流经测量管时，就会产生科氏力效应，两根测量管发生扭转振动，这时，安装在测量管两端的检测线圈将产生相位不同的两个信号，其相位差与流经传感器测量管的流体质量成比例关系，因此，通过测量相位差即可得到流体质量值。<br />另外，测量管的振动频率是由测量管和管内流体的总质量决定，因此，当流体的密度变化时，其振动频率也会发生相应的变化，据此就可以得到管内流体的密度值。<br />安装在测量管上的温度传感器可以实时的监测流体温度值。<br />2)得到测量结果后，变送器一方面通过OLED显示屏将质量累积量、密度、温度等测量值显示出来，另一方面可把相关参数通过工业标准4-20mA电流或PWM脉冲或RS485接口向外输出，便于上位机或其他二次仪表读取。<br />3)变送器配备光感式防爆按键、OLED显示屏和LED指示灯，可实现介质测量、功能操作、查询及工作状态显示。</p>								</div>

									<p>1)可组态输出：BPM型变送器可以通过有源或无源两种方式向外部提供4-20mA电流输出，用来代表质量流量、体积流量、密度、温度；也可以通过有源或无源两种方式向外部提供0-10kHz脉冲输出，用来代表质量流量、体积流量。<br />2）标准的RS485接口模式：BPM型变送器采用基于MODBUS RTU通讯协议的 RS485接口。通过数字通讯可以输出全部的测量值和中间值，通过本公司提供的上位机通信软件实现对数据变量的查看、存储及内部参数的修改。<br />3)方便的人机接口：变送器配备光感式防爆按键和OLED显示屏，现场可以通过操作按键完成质量流量、体积流量、密度、温度等变量的查询显示及现场零点的标定(进行以上按键操作无需拧开前端盖)。<br />4)温度与压力补偿：变送器内部电路全部采用工业级低温漂系列元器件，使变送器受环境温度的影响较小，保证正常工作温度范围内的测量准确性。另外，变送器内部增加了压力影响补偿程序，用户可手动输入管道压力值，以便变送器进行压力补偿值的计算。<br />5)与传统流量测量方式相比，质量流量计还具有以下优势：<br />a .流量计能够直接测量管道内流体的质量流量，不需要经过中间参数的转换，避免因中间转换产生的测量误差。因此，其测量准确度高、重复性好，可以在较大量程比范围内实现瞬时质量流量的高准确度直接测量。<br />b .流量计测量管振幅小，内部无活动件，因此可靠性高，使用寿命长，日常维修量小。</p>								</div>

									<p>1标明的流量误差包括重复性，线性度以及滞后的综合效应。全部液体指标是基于水在20~25°C和0.1~0.2Mpa的参考条件下得出的，除非另有说明。<br />2量程比是额定流量和***小流量的比值。<br />3体积流量误差是以密度为1g/cm的过程流体为基准的。对于密度不为1g/cm的过程流体，体积流量等于质量流量除以流体密度。<br />4当流量值接近流量范围的低端，流量计准确度开始偏离所声明的准确度，这时须考虑零点稳定性，零点稳定性为无安装应力条件下测得。<br />5额定流量是指在参考条件下水流引起的仪表压降约为0.1MPa时对应的流量。</p>								</div>

									<p>1.4 结垢<br />管内壁结垢会衰减超声波信号的传输，并且会使管道内径变小。所以内壁结垢的管道会使流量计不能正常测量或影响测量精度。因此，要尽量避免选择管道内壁结垢的地方作为安装点。<br />1.5 温度<br />安装点的流体温度必须在传感器的使用范围内。应尽量选择温度更低的安装点。<br />1.6 压力<br />标配的插入式和管段式传感器可承受的***大的压力值为：1.6MPa。超出此压力需要定制。<br />1.7 电磁干扰<br />超声波流量计的主机、传感器以及信号线缆很容易受到变频器、电台、电视台、微波通讯站、GSM 基站、高压线等干扰源的干扰。所以选择传感器和主机的安装点时，尽量远离这些干扰源。<br />1.8 仪表井<br />对于埋在地下的管道或者需要进行保护流量计的测量点，需要修建仪表井。为了保证足够的安装调试空间，仪表井的尺寸应满足下列条件。</p>								</div>

									<p>⑹.安装调试传感器<br />调节合适的插入深度并使上下游传感器底部的斜面相对，以获得良好的超声波接受信号。</p><p>4、管段式传感器的安装<br />管段式传感器的安装方法 我公司的管段式传感器为可拆卸式，有上、下游两支传感器和管段组 成，只需选好安装点断管焊接法兰连接即可测量，法兰焊接这里不做详细 描述。<br />5、检查安装<br />本机带有检查功能，菜单 M90 用于检查信号强度和信号质量，菜单 M91 用于检查实测与理论传输时间比。<br />（1） 检查信号强度和信号质量<br />M90 窗口用于显示流量计所检测到的上下游的信号强度和信号质量 Q 值。信号强度用 00.0-99.9 的数字显示。00.0 指示没有收到信号，99.9 表示***大信号。信号强度≥60.0，流量计才能正常工作。<br />信号质量 Q 值用 00-99 的数字表示，00 表示***差，99 表示***好。一般正常工作条件是信号质量 Q 值≥60. <br />安装时，要注意调整传感器，使信号强度和信号质量越大越好，这样才能保证流量计长期稳定的运行，使测量结果更准确。<br />信号强度和信号质量满足需要同时满足以下条件：<br />*1、上游和下游数值≥70；<br />*2、上游和下游的数值的差值≤0.8；<br />*3、Q 值大于 70（Q 值越大越好，≥60 仪表可以正常显示流量）；<br />（2）检查传输时间比<br />M91 窗口用于显示传输时间比，传输时间比是按照流量计设置的参数计算超声波的理论传输时间与实际测量的传输时间的百分比值，它表示设置的测量参数与传感器实际安装距离之间的关系。这个值应该介于 97%-103%。<br />如果传输时间比不在 97%-103%之间，说明设定的测量参数与传感器安装距离是不一致的，则设置的测量参数或传感器安装距离有误，请分别检查。</p>								</div>
