									<p>工业用热电阻作为测量温度的传感器，通常和显示仪表、记录仪表和电子调节器配套使用。它可以直接测量各种生产过程中从-200°C至800°C范围内的液体、蒸汽和气体介质以及固体表面温度。<br />根据国家规定，我公司生产的符合IEC国际标准分度号的Pt100铂电阻和符合专业标准分度号的Cu50铜电阻两大类装配式、统一设计型。<br />产品执行标准：IEC751、IEC1515 JB/T8622-1997、 JB/T8623-1997</p>								</div>

									<p>注:式中“t”为感温元件的实测温度***值。<br />感温元件100°C时的电阻值(R100)和它在0°C时的电阻R。比值:(R100/R0。)<br />分度号Pt100：A级 R0=100±0.06Ω，B级 R0=100±0.12Ω，R100/R0=1.3851±0.0012<br />分度号Cu50：R0=50±0.05Ω，R100/R0=1.428+0.002<br />响应时间<br />在温度出现阶跃变化时，输出变化至相当于该阶跃变化的5%，所需要的时间称为热响应时间，用T0.5表示。<br />公称压力<br />一般是指在该工作温度下保护管所能承受的外压(静态)而不破裂。允许公称压力不仅与保护管材料、直径、壁厚有关，还与其结构形式、安装方法、置入深度以及被测介质的流速和种类有关。<br />***小置入深度<br />一般不小于150mm(特殊产品例外)<br />自热影响<br />通过中的测量电流为5mA时，测得的电阻增量换算成温度值应不大于0.30°C。<br />绝缘电阻<br />常温绝缘电阻的试验电压可取直流10~100V任意值，环境温度为15~35°C范围内，相对湿度应不大于80%。常温绝缘电阻值应不小于100MΩ。</p>								</div>

									<p>双金属温度计是一种测量中低温度的现场检测仪表。可以直接测量各种生产过程中的-80°C~+500°C范围内液体、蒸汽和气体介质温度。现场显示温度，直观方便。安全可靠，使用寿命长。多种结构形式，可满足不同要求。双金属温度计是基于绕制成环性弯曲状的双金属片组成。一端受热膨胀时，带动指针旋转，工作仪表便显示出热电势所应的温度值。</p>								</div>

									<p>1、为保证温度计的正确性，尾管浸人被测介质的深度视尾管长度不同应在75以上。<br />2、读数时视线应与标度盘垂直。<br />3、温度计在正常使用后(一般不超过一年)应按工业双金属温度计有关检定规程进行定期检定。<br />4、热套式温度计使用过程中遇到损坏需要更换时，只需逆时针松动螺母1，然后旋出表芯2，保护套3留在设备中，将新的表芯装入，勿使双金属螺管与保护套底部接触，旋紧螺母1即可。<br />5、温度计在运输、保管、安装、使用过程中应避免碰撞尾管，切勿使其弯曲变形。</p>								</div>

									<p>SBWR热电偶温度变送器、SBWZ热电阻温度变送器是DDZ-S系列仪表中的现场安装式温度变送单元。它采用二线传送方式（两根导线作为电源输入，信号输出的公用传输线）。将热电偶、热电阻信号变换成与输入电信号或被测温度成线性的4~20mA的输出信号，变送器可以安装于热电偶、热电阻的接线盒内与之形成一体化结构。它作为新一代测温仪表可广泛应用于冶金、石油化工、电力、轻工、纺织、食品、国防以及科研等工业部门。</p>								</div>

									<p>1、校验时，在输入端接入电位差计，输出信号为电动势，在输出端接上24VDC稳压电源并串接上标准电流表。<br />2、调零：反接信号输入线，使电位差计输出校验现场室温对应电动势，调整电位器Z，使电流表读数为4mA。<br />3、调满：正接信号输入线，使电位差计输出满量程对应电动势，调整电位器S，使电流表读数为20mA。（该电动势为满度电动势减去室温对应电动势后的值）<br />例： 在检验现场室温为7℃，输入信号为K，量程为0~1000℃的变送器标定，通过查表得知7℃对应电动势为0.277mV，1000℃对应电动势为41.269mV，反接后，电位差计输出0.277mV，调整电位器Z，使电流表读数为4mA；正接线后电位差计输出读数为40.992mV（41.269mV~0.277mV），调整电位器S，使电流表读数为20mA。</p>								</div>

									<p>1、标定时，按以上典型接线图接线，在输入端接入标准电阻箱（如ZX-25a），在输出端接上24VDC稳压电源并串接上标准电流表。<br />2、改变信号源发生器（电阻箱），使之等于量程的下限值，调整电位器Z，使电流表的读数为4 mA，改变信号源，使之等于量程的上限值，调整电位器S，使电流表的读数为20 mA即可。<br />例： 输入型号为Pt100量程为0~100℃的变送器。正确接线后，电阻箱输出100Ω，调整电位器Z，使电流表读数为4 mA；电阻箱输出读数为138.50Ω(即热电阻在100℃时对应的电阻值)，调整电位器S，使电流表的读数为20 mA。</p>								</div>

									<p>安装核心是选对测点、插深到位、密封牢固、屏蔽接地、远离干扰，直接决定测量精度与寿命。<br />一、安装前准备<br />核对型号：确认量程、分度号（Pt100/K 型）、输出（4-20mA）、防爆 / 防护等级（IP65/IP68）与现场匹配。<br />外观检查：探头无弯曲 / 划痕、接线盒完好、螺纹 / 法兰无损伤、防爆面无锈蚀。<br />工艺条件：管道吹扫干净、无焊渣 / 杂物；高压 / 高温工况确认耐压等级，≥10MPa 需加保护套管。<br />二、测点位置选择（关键）<br />优先直管段：选上游≥10D、下游≥5D直管段，避开弯头、阀门、三通、泵口等流态不稳处。<br />代表性区域：测管道中心线（流速***高、温度***均匀）；避免死角、管壁、沉积区。<br />远离干扰：距电机、变频器、变压器等 **≥30cm**；避开直射热源 / 冷源、振动源。<br />环境适配：环境温度 &#8211; 20~+85℃、湿度≤85% RH；户外加防雨防晒罩，电气接口朝下防进水。<br />三、机械安装与固定<br />1）插入深度（核心精度项）<br />管道：插入至管径 1/3~1/2，确保感温元件在中心；DN≥50mm≥150mm，DN&lt;50mm 斜插 45°。<br />容器：插入介质 **≥50mm**，不碰罐壁 / 底板。<br />液体：垂直安装防气泡；倾斜≤30°、探头朝下。<br />气体：水平安装，防冷凝液积在探头。<br />2）安装方式与密封<br />螺纹（G1/2/NPT1/2）：缠3~5 圈生料带（不堵探头），扭矩 20~30N・m；只拧底部螺帽，不转表头（防内部线断）。<br />法兰：密封垫匹配介质 / 压力，螺栓对称均匀拧紧，做气密性试验。<br />管夹式（外壁测温）：管壁清洁平整、贴合紧密；适用于 DN≤50、导热好的管道。<br />振动场合：加减震支架、防松螺母，定期检查紧固。<br />四、电气接线与接地（防干扰）<br />电源：DC 24V±10%，严禁反接；单独供电，不与强电共用回路。<br />信号线：用屏蔽双绞线，与动力电缆分开敷设（间距≥30cm）；屏蔽层单端接地（控制室侧），不形成地环路。<br />热电阻（Pt100）：三线制，线阻≤1Ω、三线电阻平衡；热电偶：正负极不可接反。<br />接地：外壳可靠接地，接地电阻 **≤4Ω**；防爆区严格按本安 / 隔爆规范，用防爆电缆与密封接头。<br />五、防爆与特殊工况<br />防爆区：选Ex d/ia IIC T6等匹配等级；密封到位、电缆引入防爆密封接头，多余接口用防爆堵头封死。<br />高温（&gt;200℃）：垂直安装防套管变形；加散热片，降低表头温度。<br />腐蚀介质：选 316L / 哈氏合金探头，防腐密封，定期检查腐蚀。<br />六、投运与维护<br />投运前：复查接线、绝缘电阻≥20MΩ、无泄漏；通电预热 15~30min，零点 / 量程校准。<br />日常维护：定期检查紧固、密封、接线；探头结垢 / 腐蚀及时清洗或更换；避免化学品擦敏感部件。<br />七、常见禁忌（避坑）<br />❌ 装在弯头 / 阀门后、管道死角、管壁处。<br />❌ 插入过浅（未到中心）或过深（碰管壁 / 堵塞）。<br />❌ 与强电同槽、屏蔽层两端接地、电源反接。<br />❌ 旋转表头紧固、生料带过多堵探头。<br />❌ 普通型用于防爆区、户外无防护。</p>								</div>
