									<p>一、标准安装方法<br />1. 单法兰变送器（敞口常压储罐）<br />法兰对接储罐底部***低液位取压口，法兰密封面与容器法兰平行贴合，均匀对角拧紧螺栓，禁止单边用力压紧。<br />膜片朝向容器内部介质一侧，严禁反装、磕碰、划伤隔离膜片。<br />变送器垂直向下或侧向安装，毛细管自然下垂无急弯、扭曲、压扁，避免悬空受力拉扯。<br />接线盒朝上防雨，接入 24VDC 电源，屏蔽信号线接地，输出 4-20mA 信号接入控制系统。<br />2. 双法兰差压变送器（密闭承压容器）<br />高压侧法兰安装在容器下部液相取压口，低压侧法兰安装在容器上部气相取压口。<br />高低压毛细管分开布置，长度尽量一致，避免高低压毛细管温差过大。<br />保证两法兰高度差与量程迁移值匹配，出厂迁移设置现场无需随意改动。<br />法兰密封采用配套垫片，严禁加装硬质异物挤压膜片。<br />二、安装注意事项（工程实用重点）<br />膜片保护：运输、安装严禁触碰、按压、尖锐划伤隔离膜片；膜片凸出法兰面，安装时不要强行顶压，否则直接损坏传感器。<br />毛细管要求：弯曲半径＞5cm，严禁折死弯、剪断、踩踏、暴晒；毛细管内硅油不可泄漏，泄漏直接失效。<br />法兰密封：选用石墨 / 四氟密封垫片，法兰平行对中，对角分次均匀紧固，防止渗漏、变形。<br />温度与振动：远离高温热源、强振动管道、强电磁干扰；高温介质选用耐高温硅油双法兰。<br />介质适配：粘稠、结晶、泥浆介质选用凸面法兰 / 插入式法兰，防止膜片堵塞结垢；强腐蚀介质选用钽、哈氏合金膜片。<br />排气排气：安装后确认取压腔无气泡，气相侧无积液，避免液位测量不准、漂移。<br />电气安全：信号线用屏蔽双绞线，单端接地；防爆场合必须使用防爆变送器、防爆接线盒，严格防爆接线规范。<br />量程迁移：双法兰出厂已做负迁移，安装完成后禁止随意清零、复位、重新迁移，否则液位显示***错误。</p>								</div>

									<p>80G雷达液位计就采用调频连续波技术。天线发射高频的调频雷达信号，雷达信号的频率线性增加。发射的雷达信号经被测量介质反射后由同—天线接收。 在同—时刻，发射信号频率与接收信号频率的频率差与被测距离成正比。采集到的频率差信号，经快速傅里叶变换(FFT）得到反射回波的频谱，并以此计算得出待测目标的距离。</p><p>雷达天线发射高频微波（26GHz/80GHz），以光速传播；遇到介质表面因介电常数差异反射，天线接收回波，通过信号运算换算液位高度。<br />核心计算公式<br />天线到液面距离：D=（c×Δt​）/2<br />罐内实际液位：L=E−D<br />c：光速≈3×10⁸m/s<br />Δt：微波往返时间差<br />E：罐总高度（法兰零点高度）<br />D：天线到液面空距<br />L：实际液位高度</p>								</div>

									<p>一、安装前准备<br />1.液位计与容器必须垂直安装，严禁倾斜、倒装；<br />2.确认介质密度、压力、温度与液位计型号匹配；<br />3.容器上下开口为上气相口、下液相口，间距为液位测量量程；<br />4.配套根部球阀、排污阀、放空阀。<br />二、标准安装结构<br />液位计主导管上端接容器气相法兰，下端接容器液相法兰，中间形成连通器；<br />外侧为磁翻板显示面板，底部设排污口，顶部设放空口。<br />三、详细安装步骤（现场实操版）<br />1.先关闭容器上下根部球阀，断开液位计与容器连通；<br />2.将液位计上下法兰分别对应容器上、下取压口，对角均匀拧紧螺栓，保证密封不漏；<br />3.安装完成后先开上部气相阀，再缓慢开启下部液相阀，让介质缓慢进入主导管；<br />4.打开顶部放空阀，排尽管内空气，空气排净后关闭放空阀；<br />5.介质稳定后，磁性浮子上浮，翻板自动红白翻转，液位显示正常；<br />6.底部排污阀平时关闭，定期排污、检修时开启。<br />四、重要安装规范（必看）<br />1.主导管外壁严禁靠近强磁铁、铁器，否则会干扰翻板翻转、显示错乱；<br />2.液位计周围禁止焊接动火，避免高温退磁、损坏浮子；<br />3.密度大于浮子密度介质才能上浮，粘稠、易结晶介质需加保温伴热；<br />4.远传变送器安装在翻板外侧，固定牢固，远离磁场干扰；<br />5.安装后需与容器实际液位对照校准，确认红白分界准确。<br />五、安装注意事项<br />垂直安装、上气相下液相、先开上气后开下液、排净空气、远离铁器磁场、对角均匀紧固法兰、禁止焊接靠近液位计，安装完成排气后即可正常显示液位。</p>								</div>

									<p>1.安装必须垂直，以保证浮球组件在主体管内上下运动自如。<br />2.主体周围不容许有导磁体靠近否则直接影响液位计正确工作。<br />3.安装完毕后，需要用磁钢进行校正对翻柱导引一次使零位以下显示红色，零位以上显示白色。<br />4.投入运行时应先打开下引液管阀门让液体介质平稳进入主体管，避免液体介质带着浮球组件急速上升，而造成翻柱转失灵或乱翻。若发生此现象待液面平稳后可用磁钢重新校正。<br />5.因运输过程中为了不使浮球组件损坏，故出厂前将浮球组件取出液位计主体管外，待液位计安装完毕后，打开底部排污法兰，再将浮球组件重新装入主体管内，注意浮球组件重的一头朝上，不能倒装。如果在出厂时已经将浮球组件安装在主体管内，为保证运输过程中不使浮球组件损坏，我们用软卡将浮球组件固定在主体管内，安装时只要将软卡抽出即可。<br />6.根据介质情况，可定期找开排污法兰清洗主体管沉淀物质。</p>								</div>
